Does the COVID impact my order ?
Yes on several points :
- It could take more time to prepare it, depending our partners organization.
- It could take more time during the shipment
- Our Assistance service only works on Tuesday and Wednesday actually. You had to be patient for answers to your requests.
how long does it take to prepare my order ?
Usually it takes 2 days (from Monday to Friday) maximum to be prepared .
Then add shipment delay ( 4/5 days for Europe – 10/14 days for the rest of the world).
But please take note that during Christmas time or Huge sale time (like Black Friday) carriers are overbooked and it take few days more.
Whatever we’re allways working to ship as soon as possible .
I’d like to know where is my order ?
By connecting to your shop account you can follow the status of your order.
And You should receive e-mails at each point of your order : Payment accepted / Order in treatment / Order shipped (with a tracking number) …. Please check your Spam section if not.
Which process to return an item I’m not satisfied with ?
When you receive your parcel, You’ve got 14 days to say you’d like to return an item.
Better to write Us an e-mail first. Then you had 14 other days to send it back in good condition (not weared, not washed, without any pets plush) .
We will check If everything’s fine, then we will refund you the amount of items .
I received the wrong item or a defective item. Which process in this case?
Even if we take care of every order and items, it may occure. So please write us an e-mail to explain it. We will send you the good item and a pre-paid return delivery sheet. So you’ll be able to send us the wrong one without any fee.
Do you accept other payment methods than credit card ?
No sorry. We Only accept Credit card. But don’t worry our bank payment page is secure.
I’m looking for an old item or Hellfest shirt. Do you have any left in your warehouse ?
All available items are online .

I didn’t found my country in the list for delivery address !! Is it missing ?
We propose shipment in many countries around the world . If your country is on the list you can order through hellfestshop, if not… we’re really sorry … but we had to remove some since the postal or delivery services are stopped ( Rearding the Covid situation) or if there are too many lost parcels or delivery problems…
